Almond Orange Flower Biscuits
Ingredients
Almond powder 1 pack (250gr)
Two eggs
1-2 table spoons of Organge flower
1-2 table spoons of Xylitol
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 5-10 min
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Form the shape of a biscuit in the palm of your hand
- Cook on low heat in a pan (lightly greased) on both side until lightly brown
This can be quickly prepared for breakfast or for a 4pm snack- Biscuits tastes good
without Xylitol. The same recipe can be done with grated coconut instead of almond
or using of mixture of ground nuts. You can also add crush seeds to the nut flour
for more protein intake.
